JobSure Terms & Conditions

By accessing JobSure (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Eliax Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Worker or Employer.
• Verification: By using the Platform, you consent to identity verification via M-Pesa. You agree that the name on your M-Pesa account must match the name on your JobSure profile.

JobSure operates on a "Commitment Fee" model to ensure high-quality interactions.

• Starter Credits (99 Ksh): Provides 10 job applications. Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Blue Badge (999 Ksh): Provides 90 days of unlimited applications, a verification badge, and priority placement.
• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made via M-Pesa are final and non-refundable. Since access is granted immediately upon payment, no reversals will be entertained for "change of mind" or failure to secure a job.

JobSure is a matchmaking platform, not a recruitment agency.

We provide the tools for workers and employers to connect. We do not guarantee that a worker will be hired or that an employer will find a candidate.

Paying a fee does not "buy" a job; it buys access to apply to our verified database.

To protect our community, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Spamming: Applying for more than 15 jobs in one hour (Automatic suspension).
• Misrepresentation: Providing false CVs, fake IDs, or misleading information.
• Extortion: Employers asking for "medical fees" or "training fees" outside of the Platform.

Penalty: Any user found scamming will be permanently banned, their balance forfeited, and their details reported to the relevant authorities.

In compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019):

• Your data is processed only for job matching and payment verification.
• We do not sell your phone number to third-party marketers.

Eliax Digital shall not be liable for any disputes, financial losses, or physical harm arising from interactions between workers and employers met through the Platform. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before meeting in person.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Kenyan courts or via arbitration in Nairobi.
