1. Verification & Accuracy
- Legitimacy: By posting a job, you warrant that you are a registered business entity or a legitimate individual employer. JobSure reserves the right to request a Business Permit or KRA PIN for verification.
- Truth in Advertising: All job postings must describe a real, vacant position. Ghost posting (posting jobs that do not exist) is strictly prohibited.
2. Prohibited Recruitment Fees (The "Zero-Extortion" Rule)
- No Charging Candidates: Employers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from asking job seekers for any form of payment. This includes "Interview Fees," "Medical Exam Fees," "Uniform Fees," or "Training Deposits."
- Platform Exclusivity: All payments regarding platform access are handled by JobSure. Any employer found asking for money from a candidate will be permanently banned and reported to the National Employment Authority (NEA).
3. Compliance with Kenyan Labor Laws
By using JobSure, you agree to abide by the Employment Act (2007) and the 2026 Labor Guidelines, including:
- Minimum Wage: You must not offer salaries below the statutory minimum wage for the specific sector and location.
- Non-Discrimination: Job postings must not discriminate based on tribe, religion, gender, or health status.
- Statutory Deductions: You acknowledge your responsibility to handle NSSF, SHIF (formerly NHIF), and Housing Levy deductions for any worker hired through the platform.
4. Content Moderation
JobSure reserves the right to remove any job posting that contains offensive language, promotes illegal activities, or appears to be a multi-level marketing (MLM) or "Get Rich Quick" scheme.
5. Data Privacy & Usage
Worker Privacy: Employers may only use candidate contact information for the purpose of recruitment for the specific job posted. You may not sell, trade, or add candidate numbers to marketing WhatsApp groups without their explicit consent.
